Subscription and billing status. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; WebMendly does not store full payment-card numbers.

Technical and security information such as browser, device, network, request, diagnostic, and service-log information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Provide website scans, reports, repair guidance, monitoring, alerts, account access, and subscription features.

Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve WebMendly.

Communicate service-related information, authentication messages, billing notices, and material changes to the service or this policy.

Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When you submit a website, WebMendly may make automated requests to publicly accessible pages and technical resources on that website in order to evaluate website health.

You should only submit websites that you are authorized to evaluate or that are publicly accessible for legitimate analysis. Do not use WebMendly to access private systems or bypass technical restrictions.

WebMendly uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the service. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and billing, ID.me for optional veteran-status verification, and Cloudflare or other hosting/network providers for delivery and security.

For the veteran benefit, ID.me handles identity and eligibility verification. WebMendly stores only the minimum verification record needed to administer the offer, such as a verification identifier, veteran eligibility subgroup, verification time, and redemption status. WebMendly does not receive or store the identity documents you submit to ID.me.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments and only as necessary to provide their services to WebMendly.

We retain account and service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide WebMendly, maintain security and business records, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it is maintained. Data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your WebMendly account, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation does not automatically require deletion of the account or all associated records.

Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply to you under state, federal, or international law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to access WebMendly and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

WebMendly is a business-oriented website diagnostic service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as WebMendly changes. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.

WebMendly is built and operated by ParkMates LLC, a disabled veteran-owned company based in Oregon, United States. Privacy inquiries may be submitted through the WebMendly support/contact channel once the public service is launched.
